PhraseContext licensing:

By activating this software you accept the following:

Disclaimer of Warranty

You may use the 35-day evaluation version of the software for your own personal and non-commercial investigations, and results obtained with it may be published in any format or place you want. If you have legally obtained a registration code you may also use results produced by PhraseContext commercially. If you publish results obtained by means of this software a reference to it will be appreciated.

This software is provided AS IS without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. There is no warranty as to merchantable quality or fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the program is with you. Should the software prove defective, you assume the cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction. In no event shall I, the author, be liable for any damages of any kind whether direct, indirect, or otherwise, arising out of the delivery, performance or use of this software.

This software has been written with great care but it is not warranted to be error free. You may not attempt to reverse compile, modify, translate or disassemble the software in whole or in part. Downloading the software does not confer any right whatsoever to support. Obtaining a registration code (either by being given one or by paying for one) does not give you a legal right to any service of any kind.

If you have purchased – or I have given you – a registration code you may install or copy the software on computer(s) so that the actual number of simultaneous users comply with the number of registration codes you own.

If you have one registration code you may run PhraseContext from a PC at home. You may also install it on or copy it to a PC at your work provided it can’t be used by anybody else while you’re using it at home.

If you buy multiple registration codes so that PhraseContext can legally be used by several people at the same time you must supply the name and contact details of one person who is legally responsible for monitoring the number of simultaneous users at any time.

You are also allowed to sell or give away a registration code you have legally obtained on the express condition that you delete and completely erase all traces of the software from the computer(s) you initially installed it on or copied it to.

Think of it as a book or a car or any other commodity: You can lend or sell or give it away to somebody else, but you can’t use it yourself if somebody else has it.

Any comment on it is greatly appreciated – and if you discover problems don’t hesitate to contact me at h@hjkm.dk
